Dear J.B., We want you to know what a great learning experience having you help us find a new home turned out be.You were up front from the very first meeting we had with you, telling us step by step what we could expect  and how the process would work. You respected the price range we told you we needed to look at,and listened to what we were looking for  in a home.

After we found a home on which to make an offer, your recommendations  for a mortgage broker and title company turned out to be a good experience for us.

You guided us through every technicality in the process always looking out for our best interest.

Now that we have purchased our new home ,but as yet can't be there full time you have graciously consented to keeping a key, checking the home periodically, and keeping us updated. That means so much to us.
